EDIE MAC delivery costs are as follows:

– Free standard UK shipping on all orders
– UK next day delivery – £10.00   (UK Royal Mail special delivery)
– Europe standard delivery – £12.00   (Standard Royal Mail International Signed for)
– Rest of the World standard delivery – £20.00    (Standard Royal Mail International Signed for)

Overseas Orders

EDIE MAC LTD ships worldwide. If you are purchasing from overseas, please ensure the correct International Shipping Rates are selected at the checkout. Please note we cannot guarantee any date of delivery for overseas parcels; once we have posted a parcel, it will be the responsibility of the relevant postal and shipping services to despatch the items to you.

International orders will be sent DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), therefore you will be liable for payment of all import duties and taxes incurred. It may be required that you pay these charges before you are able to receive your parcel.

The customer will be responsible for ensuring the parcel is cleared through customs. If you are unsure of the imports and customs policies for your country, please check them yourself before you make a purchase. Once we have despatched a parcel, that parcel is then your responsibility until it reaches you.


Our customers’ satisfaction is of great importance to us, and we aim to provide excellent standards of quality and customer service.

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item you have received, please email to request a return within 48 hours of receiving your order. In your email please include the item description, your contact details and state the reason for return. 

If the item has not been worn, is unwashed, is in it’s original sellable condition, the original tags are still attached and we are satisfied with the reason for return, we will gladly refund your purchase in full (less shipping costs).

Once we have checked each returned item and we are happy to offer a refund, we will provide you with a Returns Reference Number via email. Please write this number clearly on your original receipt and enclose the receipt in the package with your returned item. Any returned parcels which do not contain a receipt with the correct Returns Reference Number on, will not be accepted.

Please note EDIE MAC Ltd reserves the right to refuse any refund if we are not satisfied with the reason for return, or the condition of the returned item.

All returned items must be received by EDIE MAC within 10 days of purchase for UK customers.

Please contact us at first if you wish to return an item from overseas.

Items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Any tickets must still be attached and all returned items must be unwashed, unmarked, undamaged and unworn. If it appears an item has been worn, damaged or washed, or if any tickets are missing, we will not be able to issue a refund.

The returned parcel is your responsibility until we have confirmed that it has arrived with us. For your own protection we recommend that all returned items are sent recorded delivery, special delivery or via a courier, and the delivery confirmation must be retained for your tracking records. Please email the tracking number when shipping your return. If the parcel is lost in transit you must use your proof of postage details to track your parcel yourself with the relevant delivery service. IMPORTANT: If we do not receive a returned item then we will not be able to process your refund. EDIE MAC Ltd reserves the right not to issue a refund if the returned item does not reach us.

We are not able to pay for return postage, this will be at the customer’s cost.

Once we have approved a return we will arrange for the refund to be made to your account. Please allow up to 14 days for funds to be credited back to your account.

All sale items are final sale and therefore non-returnable.


If you wish to exchange an item for a different size of the same style we will gladly do this for you. Please email to arrange the return of the original item and request the size you wish to exchange it for so that we can ship it out to you. You will not need to pay delivery costs for the exchanged item we send out to you, however you will need to pay for the return postage costs of your original item.
