For further details, please read the Shipping section on the homepage carefully.

All delivery dates specified are estimated dates only and are subject to change. EDIE MAC LTD can not be held liable for any delayed deliveries or deliveries which arrive later than the specified arrival date.

We aim to ship all parcels within 2 days of processing an order payment. Please however allow up to 5 days for the despatch of any UK parcels, in the unforseen event that we are unable to despatch any earlier. If we are unable to ship an item to you within this time we will contact you via email to advise you of the circumstances and to provide you with a proposed delivery date.

Once a parcel has been sent, EDIE MAC LTD is not liable for any items which are lost, stolen, damaged or delayed, either directly or indirectly. If items have been sent via the standard method of recorded delivery then we should have access to tracking information. Please contact us at info@ediemac.com if this is required.

EDIE MAC LTD reserves the right to refuse to ship to any specific delivery address.

Ownership of the products will only pass to you when EDIE MAC LTD receives full payment of all sums due in respect of them, including delivery charges.

Parcels shipped outside the UK may be subject to import and customs duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The customer is personally responsible for the payment of these additional charges for customs clearance and for arranging the receipt of their parcel. Customs and imports policies vary between countries. It is advisable that you ascertain the customs and imports policies for your country before you make a purchase with EDIE MAC LTD.

All item prices shown on the EDIE MAC website should be correct. However, if an incorrect price has been listed in error, EDIE MAC LTD reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the incorrect listed price.

Customer information entered by yourself on the ‘Order Details’ page is for EDIE MAC office administration use only, and is necessary information required to process and distribute your order effectively.

All prices shown on the EDIE MAC website are inclusive of United Kingdom sales tax (VAT) at the current rate.

Payments are accepted online via Mastercard, Eurocard, Visa, Delta, Electron, Discover, American Express, Maestro and PAYPAL. All transactions are shown and made in Pounds Sterling (£).

All payments (even if made via a credit or debit card) will be processed to us via PAYPAL. This is purely a payment process; if you have selected to pay via credit or debit card, your funds will be withdrawn from the bank account you have provided. PAYPAL will not open a PAYPAL account for you when you use your credit or debit card with PAYPAL Account Optional. Your use of the PAYPAL system via PAYPAL Account Optional is a one-off transaction only. Please click on the ‘PAYPAL Account Optional’ link on the payment page at the checkout for further information.

You as a customer must warrant that the debit card, credit card or PAYPAL account used for payment is your own, and that you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment of any items purchased.

Any customs or imports duties and taxes raised once your order has reached your destination country will be your responsibility and must be paid and arranged by you, the customer.
